Sozo SSS will assist individuals to work on their goals and maximize their independence through a Host Home placement. We will assist individuals in the following areas:
Handicapped Senior Man in Therapy

  • Community Access
Everyone should be recognized as a member of the community and it shouldn’t matter if they have a disability. We help disabled individuals become more involved in their neighborhood and local community.
  • Money Management Goals
We teach basic financial literacy to individuals and give them the tools to make sound decisions when it comes to spending and saving their money.
  • Achieve Optimal Mental Health
Besides ensuring their physical health, we also pay attention to the importance of mental health. We provide counseling and guidance for disabled individuals.
  • Opportunities to Express Personal Feelings and Needs
Our goal is to teach these individuals a way to express themselves in a healthy way. We give them opportunities to practice their communication skills with family members, care providers, and their peers.
  • Opportunities to Make Safe and Informed Choices
We promote each individual’s sense of independence by teaching them how to make well-informed choices as they face daily challenges.
  • Representative Payee Support
As a representative payee for the disabled individual, we manage their Social Security or government-funded aid to ensure their bills and other financial obligations are paid on time – while ensuring that the individual still has money left to spend.
